LIABILITY RELEASE AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK AGREEMENT

This Liability Release and Assumption of Risk Agreement (the "Agreement") is made and entered into by the undersigned individual (the "Participant"), who acknowledges and agrees to the following terms:

Voluntary Participation The Participant acknowledges that they have been invited to the work studio (the "Venue") of their own free will and voluntarily choose to be present at the Venue.
Assumption of Risk The Participant assumes full responsibility for their own actions, behaviors, and decisions, including but not limited to the consumption of any substances, food, beverages, or any other materials while at the Venue. The Participant affirms that any items they consume or use were brought by them and are consumed at their sole discretion and risk.
Release of Liability The Participant agrees to release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless the Venue, its owners, employees, affiliates, sponsors, and any associated companies (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any injury, illness, damage, or loss that may occur while on the premises.
No Responsibility for Consumption Choices The Participant acknowledges that the Venue and the Released Parties are not responsible for monitoring or regulating what the Participant consumes. The Participant fully understands that any substances consumed are their personal responsibility, and they assume all risks associated with their consumption and its effects.
Indemnification The Participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claims, damages, or expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from their actions while at the Venue.
Acknowledgment of Legal Age The Participant affirms that they are at least twenty-one (21) years of age and legally competent to enter into this Agreement.
Binding Effect This Agreement shall be binding upon the Participant, their heirs, legal representatives, successors, and assigns.
Governing Law This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state in which the Venue is located.

BY PURCHASING AN RSVP OR MEMBERSHIP TO THE VENUE, THE PARTICIPANT ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THEY HAVE READ AND FULLY UNDERSTAND THIS AGREEMENT, THAT THEY ARE

PURCHASING VOLUNTARILY, AND THAT THEY AGREE TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY ITS TERMS.
