Clafoutis (pronounced kluh·fau·tuhs) is a traditional French dessert featuring fruit, often cherries, baked within a custard-like batter. Aptly named, while this particular cultivar may not catch your eye at first glance, it more than compensates with its aroma and delicious flavor profile. These dense to medium-sized buds glisten with sugar crystal trichomes as the aroma is an enticing blend of freshly baked pastry dough and sweet grapefruit.

Upon inhalation, the palate is hit with a fruity essence with notes of diesel-soaked cherry tart. The burn is impeccably clean, leaving behind a white ash while preserving the flavor throughout the joint's duration. As the effects take hold, a body-numbing tranquility washes away the stresses of the day, leaving the mind clear. We found this cultivar to be the perfect choice for a pre-dinner indulgence, as it sparked deep conversations, enhancing the overall experience of our home-cooked meal.
